Miso-Honey Pork Meatballs
Served with little toothpicks, these meatballs make a perfect amuse-bouche. They’re coated in a honey, ginger, soy and miso sauce for an Asian-inspired treat.

In a small pot, bring the honey and ginger to a boil. Simmer for 30 seconds. Add the soy sauce and sambal oelek. Mix well. Simmer for 4 minutes. Remove from the heat. Add the vinegar and miso. Set aside.
