Pork and Beef Brochettes with Aromatic Salt
Ингредиенты
- 2 tsp black peppercorns
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/4 cup (60 g) kosher salt (or coarse sea salt)
- 1 small pork tenderloin, about 3/4 lb (350 g), cut into cubes
- 3/4 lb (340 g) beef tenderloin, cut into cubes
- 4 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes, or metal skewers

- the thyme and rosemary. Add the salt and crush. Set aside.
