Ингредиенты

  • 3 cups (750 ml) plain yogurt (2% MF)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) sliced almonds, toasted

Инструкция

  1. Place a strainer over a deep bowl. Line the strainer with 3 layers of cheesecloth (or 1 large coffee filter or 3 layers of extra-strength paper towel). Pour the yogurt into the strainer. Cover, refrigerate and let drain for 5 hours or overnight.
  2. Serve drizzled with honey and sprinkled with almonds.
