In a bowl, combine the broth, sauces and sugar. Set aside.

In a small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in the water.

In a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat, stir-fry the broccoli in the sesame oil and peanut oil for 1 minute. Add the garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for 1 minute while stirring. Add the broth mixture and cook for 1 minute. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook for 1 minute.

Transfer the broccoli stir-fry to a serving dish.
