Asparagus and Ham Gnocchi

    In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the gnocchi in the butter for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the vegetables and cook for 2 more minutes.

    Add the broth and bring to a boil. Simmer until the vegetables and gnocchi are tender. Add the ham and dill. Season with pepper and mix well. Add more broth as needed.

    Serve the gnocchi in shallow bowls. Sprinkle with more dill, if desired. Serve immediately.
