In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for Flavored Breadcrumbs.

In another bowl, beat the eggs and soy sauce. Place the flour on a plate and roll in the tofu cubes to cover well. Shake off the excess. Place the tofu in the egg mixture let soak. Coat the tofu in the flavoured breadcrumbs.

In a skillet, fry the tofu in the sesame and olive oil over medium heat until it browns. Place on a paper towels.

In a bowl, blend the sauce ingredients.

On a plate, arrange the hot tofu bites and serve with the sauce. Use some nice picks or toothpicks for serving.
