Apple Peel Water

   In a small pot, bring all of the ingredients to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool for 15 minutes. Strain through a sieve. Compost the residue.

   Refrigerate for 2 hours or until completely chilled. Serve over ice cubes, if desired.
