Braised Beef Lasagna
Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1/2 recipe Beef Braised in Red Wine, meat and cooking juices separated
- 4 cups (1 litre) grated mozzarella
- 1/2 lb (227 g) white mushrooms, quartered
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- 2 cups (500 ml) zucchini cut into small cubes
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse in cold water and oil lightly. Set aside.
