  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) prepared horseradish
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) Worcestershire sauce

  1. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season with salt. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve with the oysters. The mignonette will keep for 1 week in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
