L’Orléans (Strawberry and Tarragon Cocktail)
Ingredients
- ¾ cup (100 g) fresh strawberries, sliced, plus more for serving
- 3 tbsp tarragon leaves
- 1 ½ oz (45 ml) elderflower liqueur (St-Germain)
- 1 oz (30 ml) vodka
- 2 tsp (10 ml) lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, using a muddler, crush the strawberries and tarragon leaves to extract as much juice and flavour as possible.
- Add the elderflower liqueur, vodka, lemon juice, salt and a few ice cubes. Mix vigorously for 1 minute. Strain into a chilled Champagne coupe or martini glass. Garnish with strawberries, if desired.
