White Sangria with Peaches

    In a large 12-cup (3 litre) bowl, lightly crush the peaches with a potato masher. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the ice. Mix and cover. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

    Place a sieve over a pitcher and strain in the sangria. Add a few fresh peach wedges. Serve in glasses filled with ice cubes.
