Smoked Mackerel Rillettes

    On a work surface, scrape the skin off of the mackerel using a butter knife. Shred the flesh, being careful to remove any bones.

    In a bowl, whisk the cream until soft peaks form. Using a spatula, fold in the shredded fish and remaining ingredients, except for the baguette. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Serve the rillettes with the baguette.
