Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp fresh cayenne chili pepper, seeded and finely chopped (see note)
  • 1 lemon, zest finely grated
  • 1 tbsp roasted white and black sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) soy sauce
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) honey
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/2 lb (225 g) whole shishito chili peppers
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) sesame oil

Инструкция

  1. In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season with salt.

For cocktail hour, serve tiny grilled shishito chilis coated with a mixture of soy sauce, lemon juice, honey and garlic. Dip them in a spicy mayo and nibble on them while entertaining your guests. Way more addictive than chips!
