    In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, brown the pears in the butter on each side. Add the honey, vinegar, garlic and rosemary. Continue to cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until the pears are tender and nicely caramelized. Set aside on a plate.

    Add the broth to the skillet and simmer for 1 minute. Remove and compost the garlic and rosemary. Set the broth aside in a bowl.
