Lemon and Ginger Sea Scallops

    In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, honey, green onions, ginger and pepper. Add the scallops and marinate for at least 30 minutes, but no more than an hour.

    Drain the scallops. In a skillet, sear the scallops on both sides in a little sesame oil. Season with salt.

    In a saucepan, reduce the marinade by half. Pour over the scallops.

    Serve with rice and vegetables.
