With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, molasses, brown sugar and egg white. Add the oats and peanuts. Mix to coat the oats well. Spread out on the baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes. Gently flip the granola over. Bake for another 5 to 10 minutes or until the granola is caramelized. Let cool completely, about 1 hour. The granola should clump together in pieces of varying sizes. Break the larger pieces, as needed. The granola will keep for 1 month in an airtight container at room temperature.
