    In a tall, narrow container (such as a measuring cup), place the egg, garlic, lemon juice, salt and cayenne. Using a hand blender, purée the ingredients until smooth. With the machine running, slowly drizzle in the vegetable oil. In less than 1 minute, the mixture will resemble mayonnaise. With the machine still running, drizzle in the olive oil. Transfer the sauce to a small serving bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
