Sticky Toffee Pudding in a Cup
Ингредиенты
- 3 tbsp (25 g) unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp lightly packed brown sugar
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp softened butter
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) milk
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) maple syrup
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) water

- In a 1 ½-cup (375 ml) mug, combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and butter with a fork until the butter forms pea-sized pieces. Add the milk and stir until smooth.
