Chevre Chaud on Apple

    With the rack in the highest position, preheat the oven’s broiler.

    On a work surface, slice both ends off the apple, then cut the apple into 6 rounds. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Brush the apple with the oil.

    Cook the apples under the broiler for 5 minutes.

    Place a piece of cheese on each apple slice. Sprinkle with the hazelnuts. Bake for 1 to 2 minutes or until the cheese starts melting.

    Right out of the oven, sprinkle with a pinch of fleur de sel and season with pepper. Drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with parsley.
