Macaroni and Cheese Croquettes with Jalapeño Sauce
To make these croquettes, in collaboration with Kraft Dinner, we were inspired by arancini, but replaced the rice with mac and cheese for an irresistibly cheesy version. All you need to do is prepare the boxed pasta and add some grated Tex-mex cheese, and then shape into balls. Coat them in a breading made of panko breadcrumbs and bacon before frying. Serve them with a sour cream- and jalapeño-based sauce for a spicy kick with every bite.

Jalapeño Popper Turnovers
jalapeño poppers are a Tex-Mex dish consisting of hot peppers stuffed with cheese. In collaboration with Philadelphia, we took this idea and instead placed cream cheese and cheddar on phyllo dough and made triangular bites. Chopped jalapeños are included for added heat. These hors d’oeuvres are sure to spice up any party.

Fried Chicken Fingers with Spiced Yogurt Sauce
We’re integrating 11% yogurt into the coating for these breaded chicken fingers. Plump strips of chicken are first dipped into a mixture of yogurt, eggs and harissa, before getting coated with breadcrumbs. We’ve chosen a thick, high-fat yogurt so it can more thoroughly coat the chicken. The result is super crispy chicken fingers that we’re serving up with a spiced harissa yogurt.
