Garlic and Herb Snails au Gratin
You’ll love serving this French specialty as an easy and original appetizer. Pair the snails with garlic butter and then top with Gruyère cheese and an herb-breadcrumb mixture. Bake them in the oven, and then watch how quickly they disappear!

Cheese and Pesto Pull-Apart Bread
This shareable bread will be a hit at any potluck or get-together with friends. To ensure that the cheese is evenly distributed throughout the bread, make diagonal cuts in the loaf, but not all the way to the bottom of the crust, in order to keep the filling securely in place.

Air Fryer Breaded Cheese Curds
This easy-to-make recipe is perfect for cooking with kids, given that it’s cooked in the air fryer. Brown the breadcrumbs first before coating the cheese with them. This allows the cheese bits to cook more quickly. They’re little bites of pleasure!

Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Naan Bread
This dairy-free, gluten-free naan bread possesses the elasticity and great taste of the traditional version. To achieve a similar result, use plant-based yogurt, gluten-free flour, along with baking powder and baking soda to help it rise. The magic happens, and you get bread right at your fingertips.

Roasted Asparagus and Radishes with Whipped Feta
In spring, the produce section of the supermarket is adorned with asparagus and radishes, which are roasted here as part of a very simple appetizer that’s perfect for entertaining. Spread a creamy base of whipped feta and plain yogurt on a plate, and arrange vegetables on top that have been cooked in a mixture of lemon juice, honey and olive oil. It’s a pretty, fresh and colourful plate that you can serve with naan.

Leek and Ham Puff Pastry Tarts with Apple-Tarragon Salad
For a classic appetizer, shape puff pastry squares and bake them until nicely golden. Fill them with an Emmental and tarragon béchamel sauce, along with tender leeks and chopped ham. To top it off, a julienned apple salad is added, providing a pleasant balance with the heartier ingredients.

Piña Canada
We drew inspiration from the Piña Colada to create this sunny pineapple and lime cocktail, but with the addition of more local flavours. We replaced the rum and coconut cream with a local cream and maple liqueur. It’s the perfect drink to warm your spirits while the cold weather is still upon us.

Cod Fritters (The Best)
From the West Indies, cod accras are small fritters made with salted cod and herbs, and are more or less spicy. Ricardo loves serving them at happy hour alongside a few lime wedges. We wanted to make the airiest and crispiest version, thanks to stiffly beaten egg whites added to the batter.
