Pan-Fried Onions and Chorizo
Ingredients
- 3 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) oil
- 1/2 lb (225 g) chorizo sausage, diced
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a non-stick skillet, soften the onions in the oil over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the sausage and cook over high heat until golden brown. Adjust the seasoning. Serve warm or at room temperature in burgers.
