Kim Thuy’s Bean Sprout Salad
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) sugar
- 2 cups (500 ml) bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) garlic chives, cut into chunks
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the vinegar and sugar. Add the bean sprouts and chives. Toss to combine. Serve with the Caramel Pork Stew.
