Chocolate «Fudge» Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) 35% cream
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) corn syrup
- 5 oz (150g) chopped sweet chocolate
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring the cream, butter and corn syrup to a boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Whisk in the chocolate. Refrigerate. Serve warm.
