  • 1 can 14 oz (398 ml) light coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) sugar
  • 6 espresso Americano 

  • Freshly grated nutmeg

  1. In a saucepan, bring the coconut milk and sugar to a boil. With a blender or an upright milk frother, froth the coconut milk.
  2. Spoon the coconut milk froth over the coffee. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve with Pecan and Spice Scones.
