Chicken, Mango, and Avocado Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) green onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 avocado, thinly sliced
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped cooked chicken
- 1/4 mango, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 leaf Boston lettuce
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Set aside.
