1 tablespoon (15 ml) brown sugar
1 tablespoons (15 ml) Worcestershire sauce
3 lb (1.4 kg) beef shoulder blade roast, cut into large cubes
2 tablespoons (30 ml) chili powder
2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
