Ингредиенты

  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) butter, softened
  • 1 lime, zest finely grated 

  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) lime juice
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, drained, seeded and finely chopped (with 1 tbsp / 15 ml adobo sauce)

Инструкция

  1. In a bowl, combine the butter, lime zest and juice, chipotle pepper, and reserved adobo sauce. Season with pepper.
  2. Spread over warm corn on the cob.
