Lemon Popsicles
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) water
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) light corn syrup
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat all the ingredients until the sugar has completely dissolved. Pour into Popsicle moulds. Insert the sticks. Freeze for 6 hours.
