  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) 10% plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) 10% plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) sugar
  • 12 wooden popsicle sticks

  1. In a blender, purée all the ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
