White Chocolate Frozen Coffee
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) espresso or strong coffee, hot
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) water, boiling
- 3 oz (85 g) white chocolate, chopped
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients until the chocolate has melted. Divide among four espresso cups.
- Place an espresso teaspoon or a wooden stick in each cup. Freeze for 6 hours.
