Crisp Salad
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) white or brown balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp (5 ml) honey
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Dijon mustard
- 1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) olive oil
- 1 heart romaine lettuce, torn into pieces
- 2 cups (500 ml) cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber, peeled and cubed
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients with a whisk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
