Cauliflower Purée (baby food)
Ingredients
- 8 cups (2 litres) cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 cup (250 ml) of water, approximately
Instructions
- In a pot of boiling water, cook the cauliflower until tender. Place in ice water to stop the cooking. Drain.
- In a food processor, purée until smooth, adding water as needed.
