Broccoli Puree (baby food)
Ingredients
- 8 cups (2 litres) broccoli cut into florets (about 2 small broccolis)
- 1 cup (250 ml) water, approximately
Instructions
- In a pot of boiling water, cook the broccoli until tender. Place them in ice water to stop the cooking and to retain their green color. Drain.
- In a food processor, purée until smooth, adding cooking water as needed.
