Ingredients
- 1 spicy cured chorizo sausage (7.5-cm), cut diagonally into about 225 g/1/2 lb (7.5-cm) long and 1/8-inch (3 mm) thick slices
Instructions
- Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high.
- Grill the chorizo slices on both sides.
- Serve hot or at room temperature.
