Strawberry mini scones
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) 35% cream
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) sugar
- 1/4 tablespoon (1 ml) vanilla extract
- 14 round scones (see recipe)
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) sliced fresh strawberries
Instructions
- In a bowl, whip the cream, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- Cut the scones in half horizontally. Garnish the bottom halves with strawberries. Add a dollop of whipped cream and cover with the top halves.
