Athlete’s Milkshake
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) fresh strawberries
- 1/2 banana, peeled and sliced (or mango)
- 1 cup (250 ml) chocolate milk
- 1 egg
Instructions
- In a blender, purée all the ingredients until smooth. Serve in a tall glass.
