Ingredients
- 1/4 lb (113 g) shiitake mushrooms
- 1 cup (250 ml) chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 cup (250 ml) milk
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) 15% cream
- 1/4 lb (113 g) white mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) flour
- Salt and pepper
- 2 pork tenderloins, 1 lb (454 g) each
- 4 leaves fresh sage, chopped
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter
- Salt and pepper
