Healthy Morning Juice
Ingredients
- 2 seedless oranges, peeled, raw and cut into pieces
- 1/2 banana, cut into pieces
- 1 cup (250 ml) frozen strawberries, thawed
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) water
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender. Liquefy. Strain, if desired, and serve.
