Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) stout
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) whole-grain mustard
  • 1 1/2 lb (675 g) skinless salmon fillet, cut crosswise into 4 pieces
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring. Slowly reduce until syrupy. Let cool partially and refrigerate until chilled.
