Christmas Punch
Ingredients
- 6 cups (1.5 litres) cranberry juice cocktail
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) dark rum
- 1 vanilla bean, halved
- A few fresh red currant bunches
- 2 cups (500 ml) club soda
- Ice
Instructions
- In a punch bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the soda and ice.
- Chill one hour in the refrigerator.
- Add the soda and ice cubes just before serving.
