Ингредиенты

  • 1 carrot, peeled and sliced to a fine julienne
  • 1 cup (75 g) bean sprouts
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
  • 2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas, 10 inches (25 cm) in diameter
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) hummus
  • 2 cups (300 g) cooked chicken breast, finely shredded

Инструкция

  1. In a bowl, combine the vegetables, lemon juice, oil and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the tortillas on a work surface. Spread the hummus on the tortillas. Top with vegetables and chicken. Fold the right side of the tortilla diagonally and roll up firmly. Wrap individually in parchment paper, twisting each end closed. Cut in half, if desired.
