Chicken, Cranberry and Spinach Wraps
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (255 g) cooked chicken, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup (75 g) dried cranberries
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) mayonnaise or sour cream
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) whole-grain mustard
- 2 tbsp dill, finely chopped
- 4 soft wheat tortillas, 10 inches (25 cm) in diameter
- Mayonnaise or sour cream, to taste
- 2 cups (50 g) baby spinach
- 1 Cortland apple, cored and julienned
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
