Honey Whipped Cottage Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) honey, plus more for serving
- Oat and honey crackers
- Ripe pear, cored and sliced, for serving
Instructions
- In a small food processor, combine the cottage cheese with the honey until smooth and creamy. Transfer into an airtight container. Cover and refrigerate. The whipped cottage cheese will keep for 5 days in the refrigerator.
- Spread the whipped cottage cheese over the crackers. Top with pear slices and a drizzle of honey.
