The Benediction (Champagne and Herb Liqueur Cocktail)

Instructions

   Pour the herb liqueur into a Champagne flute. Add the bitters. Top up with the Champagne. Add the juniper berries.

   Curl up the lemon zest. Using a small cocktail pick, hang the lemon zest, thyme and dill on the outside of the glass.
