Beer, Spruce and Grapefruit Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) ice cubes
- 4 oz (125 ml) West Coast IPA-style beer, cold
- 4 oz (125 ml) spruce soda, cold
- ½ oz (15 ml) store-bought grapefruit syrup
- ½ oz (15 ml) lemon juice
- 1 rosemary sprig
Instructions
- Place the ice cubes in a very cold lowball whisky glass. Add the beer, spruce soda, grapefruit syrup and lemon juice. Mix gently to combine. Garnish with the rosemary sprig.
