Ingredients
- ½ cup (125 ml) ice cubes
- 2 oz (60 ml) pink grapefruit juice
- 1 ½ oz (45 ml) tequila
- ½ oz (15 ml) lime juice
- ½ oz (15 ml) pink grapefruit syrup or cane sugar syrup
- Pinch of fleur de sel
- 4 oz (125 ml) clear lemon-lime soft drink (such as 7UP)
- Pink grapefruit wedge
Instructions
- Place the ice cubes in a chilled lowball whisky glass. Add the grapefruit juice, tequila, lime juice and grapefruit syrup. Add a pinch of fleur de sel. Stir. Top off with the soft drink.
- If desired, garnish the glass with a thin grapefruit wedge, the tip dipped in fleur de sel.
