Ингредиенты

  • ½ cup (50 g) quick-cooking oats
  • ½ cup (125 ml) unsweetened oat beverage
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) espresso coffee, hot or cold
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) dairy-free vanilla yogurt
  • 1 fresh fig, quartered
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds, roasted

Инструкция

  1. In a small bowl or in a 2-cup (500 ml) airtight container, combine the oats, oat beverage, coffee, maple syrup, chia seeds and cocoa powder. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours or overnight, until the oats are rehydrated.
  2. When ready to serve, add the yogurt, almonds and fig.
