Ингредиенты

  • ½ honeydew melon, peeled, seeded and cubed
  • ½ cup (125 ml) ice cubes
  • 1 ½ oz (45 ml) Lillet Blanc, chilled
  • 1 ½ oz (45 ml) melon juice
  • 4 oz (125 ml) tonic water, chilled
  • 3 balls honeydew melon, removed with a melon baller
  • 1 lemon balm sprig (optional)

Инструкция

  1. In a blender, purée the melon cubes until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve, without pushing down on the pulp, to extract only the juice (see note). Compost the pulp.

This refreshing cocktail is absolutely perfect for summer.
