  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) olive or canola oil
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) 35% cream
  • 1 tbsp tarragon, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ tsp (7.5 ml) Dijon mustard
  • 1 ½ tsp (7.5 ml) honey
  • 6 cups (150 g) lettuce leaves (such as Boston, curly or other), torn
  • ¾ cup (115 g) frozen green peas, blanched for 1 minute
  • ¾ cup (115 g) radishes, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp tarragon leaves
